I m partial dropper I have taken the admission in B.tech govt tier 3 college in Nov 2020 I have paid 1st sem fee and now i have to pay 2nd sem fee before 9 march 2021 What should I do sir??? I want to go to NIT & i got 146 marks in 24th feb 2021 jee mains

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 4th Mar, 2021

hi,

see you have scope for nits, however till now it is difficult to predict about cutoff score, since more of the sessions are left of jee main exam. now I understand your concern and it is  best to change from tier 3 college in perspective of your better career. however jee main counselling would start on june or july and that time your second semester exams would held according to majority of indian university schedule. so right now you have to pay the tuition fees if you do not lack the year. but if you are determined that you would certainly get a better college than this then you should not pay the fees, even if based on this year jee main score you get a tier 1 private college it would be much better for your career. hope it would help.

I didnt give my Jee February session properly .My score is totally less due to lack of preparation. Can I try for my March session.

anirudha vats 4th Mar, 2021

Hey,

The National Testing Agency ( NTA) has planned to conduct four session of JEE MAINS 2021 . Students can opt for as many session as they want in order to increase their percentile. Although they have to register for each session separately including the payment of fee for each session seperately.

So I believe the answer to your question is, Yes you can give Jee mains in March session also.

All the very best. Prepare well.

Thank you

Heena Agrawal 3rd Mar, 2021
Hi...
MAT Exam Day Instructions 2021

The AIMA designs a set of rules and instructions for conducting the MAT examination in a smooth and in an ethical way. The list of MAT exam day instructions which must be followed by the candidates on the day of examination at the venue are as follows:

All test-takers must arrive one hour before the MAT 2021 exam starts for document verification. Followed by, a training session in which candidates are required to participate.

Candidates reaching the venue after 15 mins once the exam has started, will not be permitted entry

Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not to be carried inside the MAT Exam Centre 2021.

Candidates must carry their MAT admit cards without fail. No students will be allowed to appear for the examination without an admit card.

A Government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, etc) has to be carried along with the multiple copies of the admit card to the MAT test centres.

Vidya Mandadi 12th Apr, 2021

Hello there,

Your rank can be around 17389 approximaately. It is hard to get into NITs and IITs with this rank yet you can wait for last special ranks but unfortunately could not get a good branch. There are management seats in Amrita Universities by paying donations.

Thank you.

If you are already done with the application form filling and all process along with fee payment, you don't need to worry about anything and don't need to do anything either. Just wait for the admit card to get released for March, 2021 session, download it from the official website that is, www.jeemain.nta.nic.in and sit for the exam.
Hope this helps.

I got 88.87 percentile in jee main march 2021 attempt. Can i get a NIT and able to sit in jee advance blonging from OBC-NCL Category.

Anurag Khanna 12th Apr, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

According to the percentile you have mentioned your rank is expected to be in the range of 113860 - 127995 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

So on such rank and category you have some chances to get the enlisted NITs if you have Home state quota for them :-

NIT Hamirpur

NIT Goa

NIT Agartala

NIT Nagaland

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Expected JEE-Main 2021 cut-offs to become eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 are as follows :-

Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile

GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile

Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile

Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50- 55 Percentile

Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40- 45 Percentile

PwD - 1-2 Percentile

So as per the above table you have good chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 on such percentile and category. But note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff

So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2021 result :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs or for private colleges like :-

Amity University

UPES Dehradun

RTU Kota

Or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Or alternately you can visit official website of josaa at

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
