The ews certificate is generally valid for a year, so if you issued your ews certificate on 23rd March, 2020 then it would just be valid for the year 2020-21. However I would recommend you to check the validity date of the certificate, it is usually written somewhere in the certificate. But according to ke it would not be valid for the year 2021-22 for icet counseling 2021. So I would recommend you to get it issued again.

To get a percentile between 98-99 you should score a mark between 120-160.

As per the announcement of Education ministry, JEE mains will be held 4 times in the year 2021, the candidate has the option to select for any number of as he wants, without restriction.
The portal will be e available for registration purposes and it is the NTA's responsibility for its activation on time. Don't worry!!

Since you do not have much time left the only thing that can be done now is PRACTICE PREVIOUS YEARS PAPERS. Doing so will help you in many ways. This helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better. Make it a point to solve atleast one paper every day during this month

Starting with the year of the 12th board test, one is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years.
So,
If you graduated from high school in 2020, you were eligible for JEE advanced 2020 and will be eligible for JEE advanced 2021.
After appearing for Class 12 in 2020 and JEE Main in 2020, you will have a total of four JEE Main attempts in 2021 and will be eligible to take JEE Main in 2022.
Yes, you can do so during the JEE-Main 2021 correction window (Jan 27th-30th), and the application cost you paid for the February session would be transferred to the March session, thus you won't have to pay anything additional.
