The Union Public Service Commission prescribes the age limit in the official UPSC IAS notification 2023. As per the IAS age limit eligibility criteria, those between 21 to 32 years as on August 1, 2023, can fill the UPSC IAS application form.
According to your date of birth you will be 21yr old on 16 March,so yes you will be eligible for the UPSC cse exam 2023
There is upper age relaxation for OBC category which 3yrs more than Gen category and for SC/ST category 5 years more than Gen category.

As you have taken the EWS certificate on 9th of March so it is valid for the whole year of 2022 as EWS certificate is valid for one year only.
You don't have to apply again if you are applying in the same year i.e;2022.

The Union Public Service Commission prescribes age limit forn appearing in NDA exam as 16.5 to 19.5 years. You can have an idea from this year's eligibility criteria of NDA exam regarding age. As per the UPSC regulations, applicants born between June 2, 2003, to July 1, 2006, can apply online for the National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) 2022 exam. Those belonging to the reserved category are eligible for NDA age relaxation as per the rules set by the UPSC.

According to the guidelines provided by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), candidates who have completed class 12th or equivalent examination from state or central recognized institutions are eligible to apply for the exam.
As per the criteria provided, the minimum age requirement should be 18 years and the maximum age is 27 as of Aug 01, 2023.
So, candidates born not before 2nd January 1996 and not later than 1st January 2005 are eligible to apply for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam (SSC CHSL) 2023.

Your age is 17 years, 6 months. But for SSC CHSL 2022, candidates must have between 18 years to 27 years old for general category candidates. There will be relaxation in age for reservation category candidates.
The candidates must belong to Indian Nationality. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with relevant subjects from a recognised Board or College. You can go through their official website for more information.

Yes you are eligible for applying for Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level (SSC CHSL) exam for 2023 since the eligibility criteria stated that the person should have completed 18 years of age as of August 1, 2023 and going by your DOB you will complete 18 years of age in this August itself. Also the second eligibility criteria states that one must have completed class 12th from state or central recognised institute.
The registration is expected to begin in November 2022.

yes your sun is eligible for class 10th boards . . As per the guidelines of central board of secondary education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the 10th board exam is 14 years , as of 31st December of the year of examination.
