Dear Aspirant,
Yes you can appear for the improvement exam but your syllabus will be according to the guidelines prescribed by your respective board during that particular year. For example, if you’ll be giving the exams in 2023, then all the rules and syllabus for that year will be applicable to you. Also, if you’re going for improvement exams, you cannot pursue any other degree or course in the meantime. Hope this helps. All the best!
Hello Ishant,
EWS Category Certificate is issued only on the basis of valid Income Certificate .
You might have valid EWS Certificate but your Income Certificate has been expired till now as validity for the same is mostly 6 months .
It's very much better for you to rush and go the Tenhsil Office of your area and make your new Income Certificate. Otherwise, you won't be able to get a seat in any Government Medical College under EWS Category Quota.
As for your admission under EWS Category ultimately requires EWS Certificate at any cost, like that only you must have your valid Income Certificate of that year .

If you have the correct details relating to your High School, then you may submit an RTI application to the respective Board as per the procedure led down under the Right To Information Act, 2005.
Moreover, you may visit https://rtionline.gov.in/ for an online application to the respective Public Authority.
All the best.
The only way to get your mark sheet is contacting the authority of the school you studied.
There are only less chances for you to get your marksheet.
1996 was not a time where everything was recording in computer system. Hence there are less chances for you to get your mark sheets back. You can try contacting your school and ask them for help.
Thank you.
