sadafreen356 11th Sep, 2024

The EWS certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue. However, it can be renewed upon submission of a fresh application form and supporting documents because The Certificate of Income and Assets is valid for one year. Typically, it takes a maximum of 21 days from the day you submit your application.if the EWS certificate is issued in any month of the year, then it is valid till the 31st of March of the next year.so your certificate is valid till this date only.

my dob is 29 11 2003 i join college in 2022 my courses duration is 4.6 year i completed in 2027 March i am eligible cds 2027

monag2673 24th Aug, 2024

To determine your eligibility for the CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam in 2027, we need to consider the age criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), which conducts the exam.

For the CDS exam, the age criteria generally are as follows:

  1. Indian Military Academy (IMA) : Candidates should be between 19 to 24 years old.
  2. Indian Naval Academy (INA) : Candidates should be between 19 to 24 years old.
  3. Air Force Academy (AFA) : Candidates should be between 19 to 24 years old.
  4. Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) : Candidates should be between 19 to 25 years old.

Your date of birth is 29th November 2003. By March 2027, you will be 23 years and 4 months old. This means you fall within the eligible age range for all branches (IMA, INA, AFA, and OTA) for the CDS exam.

Given that you will complete your course in March 2027, you should be eligible to apply for the CDS exam in 2027, provided you meet other criteria such as nationality, marital status, and educational qualifications. Make sure to check the official CDS notification for any updates or changes in the eligibility criteria closer to the exam date.

sir i have register for NEET UG cetcell in maharastra but in document upload there is a problem my category in OBC-NCL but there is an issue ,the NCL certificate is invalid because it is issued before MARCH 2024 and i dont have the valid certificate till date of uploading of document and on the site they says (please upload a valid certificate for 2024-25) but i will issue in 2-3 days before 27 AUGUST and other all documents are uploaded and no problem with them so my question is, will my registration gets invalid or will i am not able for councelling

Tanya Gupta 24th Aug, 2024

Hello,

I understand your concern. Since you've already uploaded other documents and only the NCL certificate is pending, your registration won't be invalid. However, it's crucial to upload the valid NCL certificate before the document upload deadline.

Here's what you can do:

1. Upload the valid NCL certificate as soon as you receive it (within 2-3 days, as you mentioned).

2. Ensure the certificate is issued after March 2024 and is valid for 2024-25.

3. If the deadline is approaching, consider sending an email or contacting the CET Cell Maharashtra helpline to inform them about the delay.

4. Once you upload the NCL certificate, your registration will be complete, and you'll be eligible for counseling.

Remember, it's essential to meet the deadline and upload the required documents to avoid any issues during the counseling process.

Keep in mind that the authorities might consider your situation if you've already informed them about the delay. However, it's always better to err on the side of caution and upload the required documents as soon as possible. Good luck!

Hope this helps,

Thank you

i got the 2nd compartment in 2024 and i have to give the exam next yr in 2025 in feb -march. So , is the 2nd attempt for compartment exam is done with those student who is appearing for their boards 2025 or we will give the exam with them in the same room or all the compartment students sit separate

Abhishek 10th Aug, 2024

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well.

Generally the examination for the students appearing in the compartment examination is taken separately and not with the regular students which are appearing for their boards exam first time.

The paper is also different for both types of students and the timing and date of the examination is also separate from it. You can check more about the compartmental examination by visiting the official website of the examination authority and the state board in which you are appearing for the examination and thus get a detailed idea about the examination and all the necessary stuffs related to it.

Hope this resolves your query.

i failed in my 1st compartment attempt so, I can reappear for compartment as per cbse guideline, so can I give the improvement exam in july 2025 after giving the compartment in March 2025.

Yuvan 30th Aug, 2024

Hi,

In accordance with CBSE regulations, you are permitted to retake the compartment test if you did not pass your first try. The compartment test is normally held in July, not long after the results are announced. On further efforts, though, you may resurface if you still fail.
In response to your inquiry concerning the holding of an improvement exam subsequent to the compartment exam, the CBSE often permits students to take improvement examinations in order to increase their grades; however, this is typically done only after passing every subject. Students who have already passed but wish to raise their grades in one or more topics are eligible to take the improvement test.
In your situation, if you want to pass the compartment test in March 2025, you may want to consider taking the improvement exam in July 2025 if you're not happy with how you performed. The most recent CBSE instructions should be consulted, or you may get in touch with your school or the CBSE directly, to make sure of this. Policies might change, and there can be particular guidelines about when and who is eligible for improvement examinations after compartment exams.

Hope you find this useful.

i failed in my 1st compartment attempt so, can i reappear for both compartment and improvement exams simultaneously in 2025 feb-march as a private candidate? or i can only give compartment exam (attempt 2)?

Prachi Kumari 3rd Aug, 2024

Hello,

If you failed your first compartment attempt, you typically have the option to reappear for the compartment exam in the next session. However, whether you can simultaneously appear for both compartment and improvement exams as a private candidate depends on the regulations of the specific education board (such as CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).

For CBSE, generally:

1. Compartment Exam: If you fail in the first compartment attempt, you can appear for the second compartment exam.

2. Improvement Exam: This exam is usually for students who have passed but wish to improve their marks in specific subjects.

According to CBSE rules, you usually cannot take the improvement exam for a subject in which you have not yet passed. Therefore, if you still need to clear a compartment subject, you must first pass it before you can apply for an improvement exam in that subject.

To confirm and get the most accurate information, it's best to check the official guidelines from your education board or contact them directly.

Hope it helps !

Abhishek 10th Aug, 2024

Hi there,

Hope everything is fine.

To get admission in the central universities , the caste certificate a bit earlier than the given date can work in favour of you guaranteeing you an admission in a certain college.

You can check about the further details regarding the certificates and all the necessary stuffs by visiting the official website of the various universities and then reading the required documents to  get an idea about the same.

Also, you can contact the official authorities and then check the necessary details required to take the admission and all your queries regarding the certificate and many more.

My first board exam of class 12th in which I failed in maths (March) then again fail in (July) compartment Will there be any problem if I skip my compartment exam of 2025 and give all 5subjects again in failure category for improving overall percentage. Is this possible or will there be any problem.

monag2673 18th Jul, 2024

Skipping your 2025 compartment exam and retaking all five subjects as a failure candidate to improve your overall percentage is generally possible, but it depends on your educational board's policies. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Verify with the Board : Confirm if your board allows students to retake all subjects after failing and skipping compartment exams.
  2. Understand Consequences : Skipping exams might delay your education and affect future plans.
  3. Seek Guidance : Consult your school officials or academic advisors for detailed information on the rules and implications.

Ensure you fully understand the process and any potential drawbacks before making a decision.

hope this helps you!!

I failed in maths 2024, i gave comp of maths yesterday am still failing and my other subjects marks are also too low. Can I skip my 2025 comp exam feb-march, instead of this can I apply for cbse FAILURE private candidate Exam for all 5sub for 75% in jee? Is it okay or it will create issues in jee?

Prachi Kumari 16th Jul, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can skip your 2025 compartment exam and instead apply as a private candidate for the CBSE board exams. This approach can help you improve your scores in all subjects and achieve the required 75% aggregate for JEE eligibility. Here’s how you can proceed and what to consider:

Steps to Apply as a Private Candidate:

  1. Eligibility : As a student who has failed in one or more subjects, you are eligible to apply as a private candidate for the CBSE board exams.

  2. Application Process :

    • Forms : Fill out the application form for private candidates, which is usually available on the CBSE official website.
    • Fees : Pay the required examination fee.
    • Documents : Submit necessary documents such as your previous mark sheets, identification proof, etc.
  3. Examination :

    • You will need to prepare for and appear in the CBSE board exams for all five subjects as a private candidate.
    • These exams are typically held in March.

JEE Eligibility:

To be eligible for JEE (Main), you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Qualifying Exam : Pass the 12th board exams or equivalent with at least 75% aggregate marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective boards (for general category).
  2. Subjects : Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory.

Potential Issues:

  1. Timing : Ensure that you complete the private candidate exams in time to meet JEE application deadlines.
  2. Recognition : Scores obtained as a private candidate are recognized for JEE eligibility, so long as you meet the 75% aggregate or top 20 percentile criteria.
  3. Preparation : Preparing for all five subjects again will require significant effort, so plan your study schedule accordingly.

Hope it helps!
