IMU CET (Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test) is conducted by IMU every year for colleges offering UG and PG courses.
The minimum eligibility criteria is to have Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination in class 12th with minimum average of 60% and English as a compulsory subject. The minimum aggregate marks should be 50%.
The cutoff for the Marine engineering college used to be under 200. As you have 5135, you have very low chance of getting your admission into it.
There are Various Marine courses available as:
- B.Tech in Marine engineering
- B.Tech in Naval Architecture and ocean engineering
- B.Sc. in Marine Science
- B.Sc. in ship building and repairing
