Hello Sameer,
For choosing the specialization in MBA there is only one mantra performing which activity gives you most satisfaction, the work which you can perform effortlessly.
If you feel comfortable around people, helping them out with their grievances, talking and networking to people, basically if are an outgoing person with the intention to network and be around people Human Resource is the best field for you. HR is the person who act as bridge between company/organization and its employees, where you will be in the position to influence, motivate and develop employees.
Marketing is a demanding and competitive industry. Marketing professionals are used by businesses in every sector to raise brand awareness and enhance sales of their products and services. A career in marketing could be suitable for you if you're a strategic and creative problem-solver. Because marketing really is a common domain throughout the world, a marketing career might help you find work overseas. The global need for competent marketing experts might help you land an international job even faster.
From worldwide sourcing of commodities through distribution, sales, and fulfilment, supply chain opportunities are rising on both ends. Because supply chain management is highly organised and tiered, there are many possibilities for ambitious and motivated employees to succeed. In the meantime, new supply chain technologies are always being developed. As a result, even when major global supply chain interruptions occur, like as the COVID-19 pandemic, the supply system always recovers.
You can choose accordingly.
Hope It helps
All the best

Dear Aspirant,
Among the two options, BML Munjal University would be a better choice since UBS Mumbai is a fairly new college. However, you should join BML only if you want to pursue MBA this year. If you are open to getting admission next year, it is better to prepare again and go for Tier 1 colleges like IIMs, NMIMS, Symbiosis, FMS, MDI, etc since their placements will be much better.
Yes, Digital marketing is all about practical skills, so it's not mandatory to join MBA degree in digital marketing. MBA degree is a plus point in your career

Your JEE MAINS AIR is used as the basis for the admissions procedure (All India Ranks).
AIR is determined by your JEE MAINS scores as well as your marks in the plus two exams, as opposed to some states where it is determined solely by your JEE scores.
You must have an AIR for General Category students that is lower than the specified numbers for the specified branches.
So, according to your rank, you might get chemical or civil.
