I got 35.25 marks and 206 rank in bsc criminology in nfsu gandhinagar merit list with st caterogry and i have defwnce caterogry priroty 6th can i have chacmnce to get it

Abhilasha Agrawal 4th Aug, 2025

With 35.25 marks and 206 rank in NFSU Gandhinagar B.Sc Criminology merit list under ST category and Defense Priority 6, your chances depend on the availability of seats after higher priority candidates. Although your ST category and defense quota give you an advantage, Priority 6 is relatively lower, so chances will increase during later counseling rounds or spot admissions if seats remain vacant. Stay active in counseling rounds and monitor seat vacancy updates closely.

i got 412 marks in Neet UG 2025 OBC category with all over rank 187734 and category wise rank 89972. can I get mbbs, bds, vaternary or ayurvedic college by state level counc6

Abhilasha Agrawal 25th Jul, 2025

With 412 marks, you have moderate chances for BDS, good chances for ayurvedic and veterinary, but low chances for MBBS under OBC quota in state counselling, depending on your home state.

Private MBBS might still be an option, but with high fees.

I have secured 323 marks in NEET 2025, belongs to the category of Scheduled Caste (S.C.). Pl. inform whether I may get seat in MBBS either in AIR quota or Andhra Pradesh State quota

Abhi sonkar 24th Jul, 2025

good morning ,with 323 marks in NEET 2025, SC category, and Andhra Pradesh domicile, you meet the qualifying percentile (40th percentile, cutoff range: 143–113)2 so you're eligible for state quota counselling. However, securing an MBBS seat in a government medical college may be challenging or not possible, as SC category closing ranks in AP typically fall between AIR 30,000–80,000, which corresponds to scores around 480–510 whether you try state quota or all India quota seems to be not possible.

Here’s how you can still pursue MBBS:

1. Private Medical Colleges (B-Category or Management Quota)

These seats often accept lower NEET scores, especially in later counselling rounds.

Examples include:

Santhiram Medical College, Nandyal

Viswabharathi Medical College, Kurnool

Sri Balaji Medical College, Tirupati

2. Deemed Universities

Higher fees but more flexible cutoffs.

You may explore colleges like GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences, Visakhapatnam.

3. BDS or Allied Health Courses

If MBBS isn’t feasible, consider BDS, BSc Nursing, or Paramedical programs.

These have lower cutoffs and strong career prospects.

I got 76.25 marks in NFAT 2025 FOR BSC. IN CRIMINOLOGY AND FORENSIC SCIENCE, I found my rank 208 on DELHI CAMPUS merit list. I am from General category. I couldnt find any rank list of Gandhinagar campus, I am confused. there is not my name in 1st list of Delhi campus, will i get any seat?

Nikita shahi 25th Jul, 2025

If your NFAT 2025 rank is 208 for the Delhi campus and your name appears on the Delhi Campus merit list, then you’re in a very good position. Since you didn’t find your name in the first list, don’t panic admission generally happens in multiple rounds.

Your name might appear in Round 2 or 3, especially since you're from the General category and within a strong rank zone. As for Gandhinagar campus, they may release a separate merit list later. Sometimes only shortlisted candidates are shown in each round, and Delhi campus tends to fill fast, but a rank of 208 is good.

Check the university’s admission portal regularly, and attend counselling/document verification if called. If confused, contact the official helpline or email the admission team.

All the best!

sir, i have scored 389 makes in neet ug 2025 (e.i. 231089 AIR) will i get a seat in ims and sum hospital bhubaneswar with this marks?

Yash Teotia 23rd Jul, 2025

Hello Arun

With 389 marks and AIR 231089 in NEET UG 2025, the chances of you getting a seat in IMS and SUM Hospital Bhubaneshwar for MBBS are low for general category.

The closing ranks marks are much higher, as marks above 400 are generally required for getting a seat. But this year NEET was much harder, so there is still quite a chance. So just attend the counselling and be positive.

Here's more info about IMS and SUM hospital: IMS & SUM hospital by CAREERS360

Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!

Chelsie G 23rd Jul, 2025

Yes, with 389 marks and an AIR of 231089 in NEET 2025, you do have a good chance of getting a seat at IMS and SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar under the deemed university quota. Last year, students with even higher ranks got admission in the later rounds, so your chances look positive. Just make sure you register and participate in the counselling process properly.

With an all India rank of 231089 and a NEET 2025 score of 389, you are in a competitive yet difficult position for both Government and reputable private medical colleges in India. The chances of slim but not impossible for IMS and SUM hospital, Bhuvneshwar, a renowned deemed medical college under Shiksha "O" Anusadhan University, particularly with regard to the management quota or NRI quota.

We recommend you to try Careers360 counseling services if you are facing any issues regarding counselling.

I GOT 42.75 MARKS IN NFAT 2025 (GENERAL, WARD OF EXSERVICEMAN) FOR B.TECH AND GOT 89 PERCENTILE IN JEE MAINS 2025. MAY I GOT ADMISSION IN NFSU?

Yash Teotia 23rd Jul, 2025

Hello

Your NFAT marks of 42.75 is low if you apply in General Category and it is borderline for Ward of Ex Serviceman.

Your JEE MAINS marks doesn't matter for admission in NFSU main things is the NFAT score.

So there is some chance of you getting NFSU through Ward of Ex Serviceman thought even for that a student generally needs 45-50 marks.

So hope for the best and stay positive. Thank You!!!

My CUET english is 77 percentile (134 marks) and GAT is 88 percentile (96 marks). Will I get any integrated MA courses in University of Hyderabad or MA SEAL course in pondicherry? I am applying for CUK and CUTN. I am from the OBC category. Which are the possible central institutions with good placement?

Nikita shahi 24th Jul, 2025

Hii,

With a 77 percentile in English and 88 percentile in GAT, your marks is actually quite decent especially since you belong to the OBC category. These scores can definitely give you an edge in some central universities. Now, when it comes to the University of Hyderabad, it’s true that the cutoffs are usually quite high, especially for popular courses. So yes, it can be a bit competitive there.

As for CUK (Kalaburagi) and CUTN (Tiruvarur), their cutoffs tend to be a bit more flexible. Based on your percentile, your chances of getting a seat there are much stronger. Among the two, CUTN is steadily improving in terms of placements, especially in the humanities and social sciences streams. On the other hand, Hyderabad University has one of the best reputations and placement records among central universities.

Just make sure to regularly check their official websites for counselling dates, application deadlines, and updates.

All the best!
