Marks
HELLO,
With a 220/1000 marks in CUET UG 2025 from general category , getting admission in top central universities like DU( Delhi University - regular colleges) may be quite difficult , as their cutoffs for BCA/B.Sc Cand S/BA Prog with computer Applications are usually much higher especially for general candidates
However , don't worry there are still good private colleges and universities in Delhi/NCR where you can apply for BCA. Here is a preference list of colleges and universities you can consider based on your score :-
1.IPU(Indraprastha University)
2.Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies
3.Jagan Institute of Management Studies
4.Maharaja Surajmal Institute
5.Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University
6.Jamia Hamdard University
7.Manav Rachna International Institute
8.Sharda University
9.Jagannath Institute of Management
10.Lingaya's Lalita Devi Institute
Hope that Helps!
Hello Pooja
91 percentile in Chemistry means that you did better than 91% students who appeared for NEET 2025 in Chemistry subject. Assuming the toppers got around 165-172 marks, 91 percentile in chemistry subject would mean around 145-150 marks.
If you want to analyse the Marks Vs Rank data, you can refer: NEET 2025 Marks Vs Rank
Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!
Dear aspirant,
As you have not mentioned any name of examination, it will be a bit difficult to give you an accurate answer but in general, for the SEBC category, the minimum qualifying marks for exams like NEET are usually 40% in the relevant subjects. This is in contrast to the general category, which typically requires 50%. The specific percentage may vary slightly depending on the exam and the specific rules of the institution or exam conducting body.
Thank you.
HELLO SUHANI,
With 301 marks and an AIR of 4,39,090 under the OBC category with Punjab domicile, getting a seat in a government or semi-government MBBS college in Punjab is very unlikely, even in the last round. The cutoff for OBC candidates in such colleges usually stays above 530–580 marks. You can, however, explore private medical colleges or consider BAMS or BHMS through state counselling
Hey!
If you scored 275 marks in NEET 2025 , you're above the minimum qualifying cutoff (around 144 marks for general category), which means you're eligible for general category for BDS counseling. At this score it might be not possible to get a government college , however you may still be considered for some private dental colleges, particularly in states with lower competition and state quota seats, where the cut off can go as low as 250-300 marks ( especially for OBC/SC/ST categories)
Hello Aspirant,
Scoring 275 in NEET is approximately the 81.5–82 percentile, likely putting you around 500,000–515,000 All India Rank .
With this rank, government BDS seats (including state quota and AIQ) will almost certainly be out of reach -- cut-offs for those typically require 400+ marks.
But you can get admission in Private Dental Colleges due to you qualify the cutoff of BDS.
As a General category student, expect to get a seat in private BDS programs, though likely at the higher end of the fee spectrum.
If you belong to a reserved category (OBC/SC/ST), your chances improve further, with somewhat lower cut-offs and more seat availabilit y.
Hello aspirant,
The cutoff of government dental colleges is high around 400-500. And cutoff of private colleges is also higher than your score. You might have chance in private colleges with low cut off.

You scored 372 in NEET 2025 under SC category from Telangana with AIR 266936 and SC rank 20733. SC cutoff is around 113–143. You qualify for both AIQ (15%) and State Quota (85%). MBBS in govt colleges is tough, but you may get a seat in private/deemed colleges like Apollo, Kamineni, Mamata, or through MCC counselling rounds. Apply under KNRUHS Telangana and explore management quota options for better chances. Hello Karan,
Getting admission to UIIT Shimla via HPTU with 106 marks also depends a lot on the cutoff of the year, your category (General, SC / ST, etc), and the vacancies available. In past years the cutoff for General category students has typically been higher than 106, so getting admission in the first round, may be more difficult for you. However, you may have a chance in later rounds or under reserved categories. Check here for more information: UIIT Shimla
Hello,
It is highly unlikely to secure an MBBS seat at Osmania University with 362 marks, especially for the SC category, with an All India Rank of 288763. Osmania Medical College typically has a very high cutoff, and even for reserved categories like SC.
Thank you!!
