CSIR NET has five papers such as chemical science, physical science, mathematical science, biological science, and earth science, it is conducted twice a year for a duration of three hours, there are mainly three sections - Part A is common for all subjects, Part B contains subject-related conventional questions and Part C comprises higher value questions to test the knowledge of candidates, you can go through previous year papers at https://competition.careers360.com/articles/csir-ugc-net-question-papers , this will make you acquaint with exam pattern, marking scheme, important topics, weightage, through regular practice you will be able to analyze your level of preparation as well.
There are no such big names for CSIR NET MATHEMATICAL SCIENCE offline. But if you think of Eduncle, Dipsacademy, Unacademy are said to be the famous one and most preferred one as per online.
I would say you should try to contact any local teachers so that you can have face to face classes in order to have a better score.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the UGC net in commerce and CSIR net mathematical science . But you cannot apply for as you are in the first year of pg for UGC NET minimum qualification is completion of pg) and for the csir net only for jrf you are eligible but that will be based on the graduation degree. AS per norms of CSIR first year students of pg is not eligible for an assistant professor.

Since Delhi University is one of the prestigious colleges of our country. And it's cutoff always goes up to 99% , it's difficult to get admission in 74.8%.
If you belong to any reserved category then there is a chance of getting in east or west campus of the University.

see some of the subjects of undergraduate courses in du is entrance based, and some of the subjects ug admission is done on merit based. for admission in B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science admission is merit based, so shortlisting of candidates is done by 10+2 course marks basis. however there is no official notifications till now for any new information. the application process will starts from 4th week of may, 2020 tentatively.
