Hello!

First step we can write 1.657 as 1657/1000 then next step we can write 0.0242 as 242/10000 then u can divide as per the general rules of mathematics and after that u can write them as 1657/1000 multiply into 10000/242 then after doing general calculation of mathematics u can reach to the ans which is 68.47.

Sir, plz help me to know the graph of Y=|1/x| Plz sir, show me

Burhan Khan 30th Nov, 2019

Hello Durgesh!

For, Y=|1/x| you need to consider x for both positive as well as negative values.

Case 1.  x=+x (i.e positive values of x)

here, your expression will become Y=1/x

You can search web for graph of Y=1/x

Case 2.  x=-x (i.e negative values of x)

here, your expression will become y=-1/x

Now, this graph will be symmetrical to case 1 graph, but in 2nd quadrant.

And when you merge the both graph, you will get the graph for Y=|1/x|.

Hope this helps!
