155 marks whats rank and mbbs seats in private colleges

kumardurgesh1802 16th May, 2025

Hello Jagdish,

With 155 marks in NEET, your approximate rank will be around 50,000 to 60,000, but this can vary slightly each year depending on exam difficulty and competition.

For private MBBS colleges, you can expect admission chances mainly in states where the cutoff is lower or in private management quota seats. You may get seats in many private colleges, but full government quota seats will be difficult with this score.

Check state counseling lists and private college cutoff trends for the current year to get exact seat availability.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

hey can I get a govt college in karnataka for 320 marks under ex defence category for mbbs

gopi 16th May, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, if you have secured 320 marks in NEET under the Ex-Defence category, you can expect to get an MBBS seat in a government college in Karnataka, as per the trends of seat allotment in the state quota for reserved categories. However, it also depends on the following factors:

  • The cut-off trends of that particular year
  • Category-wise availability of seats
  • Your rank and eligibility status of reservation under Karnataka state counselling
  • Your rural/quota/reserved category eligibility along with Ex-Defence

In the last few years, Ex-Defence candidates with marks of 310–340 have been allotted seats in MBBS courses in government-run colleges, especially in less competitive colleges or rural colleges or Hyderabad-Karnataka region colleges. However, your chance might differ from year to year.

AFTER MBBS we want to do Specialist programs in NEUROLOGY how to proceed?

gopi 16th May, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you want to become a neurologist after completing your MBBS, the pathway is generally as follows:

  1. Complete Your postgraduate MD/MS Degree: Typically, the first step is a postgraduate degree in General Medicine (MD) or Pediatrics (MD), as Neurology is a super-specialty course that also requires a postgraduate degree first.
  2. Apply for DM (Doctorate of Medicine) in Neurology: After you have the MD, you can apply for DM in Neurology, a super specialty course which takes 3 years as per normal practice. Admission will include undergoing competitive entrance exams conducted by different institutes (e.g. AIIMS, PGIMER etc.)
  3. Prepare for the Entrance Exams: Make sure you are well prepared for the DM Neurology entrance examinations which will contain both general medicine and clinical neurology questions.
  4. Completing the DM Neurology Program: During this training you will obtain both clinical and research experience within the field of neurology, and will become a certified neurologist.
  5. Optional Fellowships: Later, you can pursue as many fellowships as you want for specialty qualifications in areas such as stroke, epilepsy, neurologic, etc.

My score 420 neet 2025 Can I able to mbbs maharashtra semi gov college admition

gopi 16th May, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you score around 420 in NEET 2025, you may have a chance at an MBBS seat in a Maharashtra semi-government college if your score meets the closing prices and cutoffs for the associated admission cycle. This is all contingent on the associated yearly closing ranks and cutoffs. Generally, scoring 420 is close to the cutoff range several semi-government colleges in Maharashtra use; however, you should know there are many factors that influence admission from the score you obtain in NEET.

Factors that influence admission are as follows: - Category of Application, Domicile and Number of Rounds of Counseling.

My advice would be to stay on top of the official updates for counseling from the appropriate Maharashtra state authority. You should participate in the process and stick to it as best you can. You can also look at past years cutoff trends for each college in Maharashtra to get a better understanding. 190000 all india rank in NEET BC A categery in MBBS seat in Telenagana pvt collages in conviner quota

SHUBHANGI SINHA 24th Jul, 2025

Hello,

You may have little chance of getting an MBBS seat in Telangana private medical colleges under the convener quota if you have an all India rank of 190, 000 in Neet 2025 and fall under the BCA category. There is a still a remote chance, contingent on a number of variables.

However, seeds me become available in mop up or stray vacancy rounds when higher rankers students upgrade or withdraw, particular in private colleges that are less popular.

Minimum marks for mbbs clg can I get college in 300 marka

Nikita shahi 20th Aug, 2025

Hii,

with 300 marks in NEET is difficult. For government medical colleges, the cut-off is much higher—usually above 600 for general category and around 500+ for reserved categories. However, private medical colleges under the management quota may still offer seats. The problem is that fees in private medical colleges can be very high, sometimes ranging from 15–25 lakhs per year. If you belong to SC/ST category and are applying through state counselling, there might be some slim chances in deemed universities, but they are rare. Another option is to consider BDS (Dental), BAMS (Ayurveda), or BHMS (Homeopathy) because with 300 marks, chances are much higher for these courses in both government and private colleges.

Hello Myself Neha and i gave Neet 2025 with score around 343 and i belong to SC category from nashik district and maharashtra state so is it possible to get GMC for mbbs and also GMC for BAMS nashik if its nonbonded

Abhilasha Agrawal 11th Aug, 2025

With 343 marks (SC category) in NEET 2025, getting MBBS in a Government Medical College in Maharashtra is unlikely, as cutoffs are usually above 380–400.

However, you have a fair chance for a Government BAMS seat, including in Nashik, especially for non-bonded seats. Be sure to apply through AYUSH counselling and attend all rounds to maximize your chances.

With 343 marks in NEET 2025 under SC category from Maharashtra, chances for MBBS in a government medical college are low.

However, you have a decent chance for BAMS at Government Ayurved College Nashik, but it has 1 year mandatory bond.
