mbbs seat
Hi
Admission in mbbs is through NEET examination.
You have just mentioned that you have got 58.5% in 12th but what is your aggregate in PCB?
Actually, your overall % obtained by you in class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria , only your aggregate % in PCB is taken in account for considering your eligibility as :-
Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you meet this percentage requirement in PCB then you are definitely eligible for Neet examination and after qualifying neet you can get admission in mbbs as well.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Thank you
hello dear,
Yes, you can secure a medical seat in Karnataka if your NEET score is 300. It will, however, be determined by your category and quota. The minimal cut off marks for Government Medical Colleges and Private Medical Colleges will differ substantially. You can apply to private colleges (if you are OBC/SC/ST), which cost roughly 6.8 lakh per year ( excluding hostel and mess fee). If you have general merit, you will have fewer chances of getting into a private college, and you will have to go for a management seat, which requires a contribution of crores. If you have a special category quota, you should wait until the mop up round, since if there is a vacancy, you will almost certainly get a seat.
But never give up hope, for everything happens for a purpose. Even if you do not acquire a medical seat, you should enrol in any other courses that are available.
best of luck
hope this will help!
You have not mentioned your domicile state but your profile suggests that your domicile state is Tamilnadu
Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 360 marks for sc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Tamilnadu state quota and it was for Government Karur Medical College, Karur
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu
But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least 30 - 50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. e around 400 - 425 marks in neet 2021
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet
hi,
see it would depends on the organization and their rules for admission. we can only help you with admission data available in internet. to admission in any government or private institute in india for mbbs through neet ug, you must qualify in neet exam and have the cutoff or more score to become eligible for admission. now see private college has management quota, private college admission is based on only state counselling process. so you must need to contact with college authority for management quota admission policy and fees details.
hope you understand.

Predicting the marks required in neet 2021 to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 442 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Telangana state quota and it was for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA

So , to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 500 marks.
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing BDS your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2
While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with any two physics chemistry and Biology need to select code 6.

Hi aspirant
hope you are doing absolutely fine
The answer is no. You need to complete your 10th and 12th from the same state, that is from MADHYA PRADESH for being eligible to get admission in state quota.
Every state has this rule that the candidate must complete his/her 10th and 12th from the state to be eligible to get admission in state quota. Also he/she must have a domicile of the same state.
If you want to study in MP, you can apply in 15 % ALL INDIA QUOTA in your category. You may get the government seat in your desired college.
ALL THE BEST
HOPE IT HELPS.
There are chances that you may get MBBS seat in ANDHRA PRADESH and that too government seat.
with your rank of 8000 in SC category, you can fetch the government seat. this cannot be assured as every year the competition is increasing and the cut off for medical colleges are increasing. I would suggest you try till the mop up round.
Also apply for all the colleges across the state. This may increase your chances for government seat.
