i got 387 marks in neet 2020 can i get mbbs seat in general catagery suggest college

For General category aspirants to get admission in government medical College they must have to score 520 marks in NEET . This is for government medical College as there are few seats in government college for general category. Now for the private colleges it is observed that one from general category must have to score 50 percentile that is above 134 marks .

sir, 329 marks in neet.AIR 277708 in which colleges do I have chances to get an mbbs seat?

Anurag Khanna 20th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the medical college for MBBS  according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 433 for Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, under Home state quota for General category. But you can try through direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET counselling and unable to secure any seat

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

sir my score is 472 iam an ews girl student and my ews rank is 13362 is there any chance of getting government mbbs seat in andrapradesh

Rupali Shree 29th Oct, 2020

Hi aspirant,

With 472 Marks you have less chance to get government medical college in Andhra pradesh. Candidates who belong to ews catagory required 500 pluse maks to take a government seat. But according to previous years cutoff you have chance to get admission in some colleges:-

  • Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Murukambattu
  • Viswabarathi Medical College, Kurnool
  • Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (Under SVIMS), Tirupati.

This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, etc. And this year cutoff goes very high. So more information you can use neet college predictor to know which college you may get with your marks. That is mentioned below:-

Hope this helpful. Best of luck.
