hello , please tell me , i am getting 525 marks , i am from uttar pradesh and belong to ews category. should i get any mbbs seat ? thankyou

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 19th Jul, 2022

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>> With 525  marks,

You hold  a   low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020,  606 marks  for ews category was the cut off / lowest marks  to get a seat in Govt. Medical College   under UP  state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

You have chances for mbbs in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below  :-

  • Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly

  • School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida

  • Subharti Medical College, Meerut

  • Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow

  • National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut

  • United Institute of Medical Sciences, Prayagraj

  • Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Gajraula

  • FH Medical College, Agra

  • Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur

  • Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

hey I got 200 in my neet and Im in OBC category can I get mbbs seat??

Aakanksha 18th Jul, 2022
Hi
With a score of 200 you might have qualified the exam but the stakes of you getting a seat in a government medical college is nil. You have mentioned that you belong to OBC category, still you won't be able to fetch a seat in a government medical college. I would suggest you not to get your hopes high.
You can however predict your rank using our rank predictor, link for which is given below.
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
You can consider working harder and giving the exam again next year or you can also try taking admission to private medical colleges if your finances allow.
You can check in what colleges you might get a seat using our college predictor. You can use rank predicted by our rank predictor to predict colleges.

if i get 250 in neet 2022, any chances of payment mbbs seat in karnataka

Karishma Sawhney 27th Aug, 2022

Hello aspirant,

If we talk about private medical colleges in Karnataka, then the cut off for state quota candidates was 342 marks and the college allotted was Dr. Dayanand Chandramma Sagar Institute of Medical Sciences.
When it comes to Deemed medical colleges in Karnataka, the cut off was as follows-

BLDE University, Bijapur- 362

JSS Medical College- 435

KS Hegde Medical Academy- 429

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgavi- 416

As you can see, to get private or a deemed medical college in Karnataka state, you require 400+ marks. At a score of 250, you can only get a few deemed medical colleges, but not in Karnataka.

You can also use the NEET UG 2022 College Predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/ course- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Hope it helps!

Can I get MBBS seat with 585 marks (EWS Haryana,2022)

rajeevanand843 18th Jul, 2022

Dear aspirant

Haryana state quota cut off marks for govt MBBS college in EWS category was AIR 16882 and 605 marks in second round counseling. There was not much difference in mop up round also there was only decrease of 2-3 marks.

If we look forward to neet 2020 cut off marks for your category then it was 599+ marks to get govt MBBS college.

So by seeing last two year trends i can say there will be very hard chance that you will get govt MBBS college in Haryana state quota counseling. Although you are not so far behind so you can try your best.

You will have low chances in all india quota counseling also but we can't say much till the neet results get declared and we get the rank.

You can use our college predictor for getting list of colleges which you might get at your marks. Link is below

can i get a mbbs seat in jamia hamdard when my neet 2022 score is 569??? i am from UP and OBC.

rajeevanand843 27th Aug, 2022

Dear aspirant

Humdard institute of medical science and research, new delhi is deemed medical College and one of the topmost in this category so cut off marks are pretty high for this college.

NEET 2021 cut off marks for Gen category students in management quota seat were

Round 1 - 568 marks

Round 2 - 561 marks

Mop-up - 578 marks

As your name suggests you are muslim,so you can apply for muslim management quota (as there are seats reserved for minorities) whose cut off marks were

Round 1 - 527 marks

Round 2 - 517 marks

Mop-up - 518 marks

You have scored fairly well and you have chances in both quota but if you apply for minority seat you have confirmed chance.

Tution for MBBS course in this college is 14 lakhs/annum and you need to pay for 5yrs duration.

Predict your admission chances in MBBS / BDS / Ayush seats, use our neet college predictor tool from link below
