Your profile suggests that you belong to Punjab domicile.
Based on previous year's cut-offs it is difficult to get free MBBS seat or Government quota MBBS seat in Medical Colleges in Punjab. You can try for Management quota seats.
But cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.

Hello aspirant,
As you are Telangana student, you'll be considered as Non-Local in Andhra Pradesh and you cannot get chances equal to AP students as they are Local students and they have benefit of nativity.
Based on previous year's cut-offs, it is difficult to get Government seat in Andhra Pradesh, for your NEET UG score. So you can try for Management quota seats in Private Colleges. You have chances of getting seat in below mentioned Private Medical Colleges in management quota seat.
Gayatri Vidya Parishad Institute of Health Care and Medical Technology, Visakhapatnam
Viswabharathi Medical College and General Hospital, Kurnool
NRI Institute of Medical Sciences, Sangivalasa

There is a deposit that every college takes and it is a non refundable fees. This is a problem when you withdraw since the non refundable part foes not come back to you. It is always better to join for course and then cancelling it rather than coming to a position where we do not have an admission anywhere
Hi student,
Your profile suggests that your domicile is Telangana.
In Some Colleges they give B Category quota seats or Paid seats on the basis of NEET UG score or may give seat without Counselling also. So go for Colleges which gives seats without Counselling.
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana
if you get a seat in BDS course through your state counselling in round 1 then you can go for upgradation in round 2 and may get an MBBS seat.
if in round 2 also you get a seat in BDS course then you have take that seat.
if you want to participate in the mopup round you will have to resign from the BDS seat and the security money will be fortified.
then you can participate in mop up round.
if you report to the BDS college alloted to you then you cannot participate in mopup round.
In NEET 2020 the cutoff for ST category through all India counselling after round 2 was:
nearly 1 lakh rank i.e nearly 475 marks .
in the NEET 2021 the cutoff for ST category through all india counselling after round 1 was:
102589 rank i.e. nearly 470 marks.
in round 2 it may fall to nearly 450 marks.
so it seems difficult that you will get an MBBS seat through all India counselling.
you can try in deemed universities or in your states.
