Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well...!!
For qualification of state standard, you should finish your MBBS degree from that state as it were. The state where you went through AIQ advising for MBBS will turn into your home state for state guiding for NEET PG. This is a focal rule - No state can deny it as it's not in their position to.
For eligibility of state quota, you must complete your MBBS degree from that state only.
The state where you went via AIQ counseling for MBBS will become your home state for state counseling for NEET PG.
This is a central rule - No state can deny it as it’s not in their authority to.
Hope this was help you!
All the best:)
See there are 5 cases considered by the MAHARASTRA state council for the Domicile criteria, but in each of this categories its mentioned that the student must have passed from the state of Maharastra for 10th and 12th.
So you can't avail the Domicile criteria of Maharastra.

Dear aspirant,
It actually depends on the college in which you have taken admission so if you have secured a bds seat in this college then you also need to pay the fees also irrespective of the fact that you are attending classes or not.
But if you have got mbbs seat next year then you can take transfer certificate from the college and leave that college.
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 581 marks,
You hold a little low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 606 marks for obc category was the cut off / lowest marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
You have chances for mbbs in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below :-
Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly:- 491 marks
School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida:- 448
Subharti Medical College, Meerut:- 416 marks
Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow
National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut
United Institute of Medical Sciences, Prayagraj
Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Gajraula
FH Medical College, Agra
Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur
Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow
And a few more
>>>>> All india counselling
Even under 15 % all India quota counselling conducted for government medical colleges your chances are low for MBBS. For the same your marks should have been at least around 600+ marks
But yes,
In all india counselling
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) Hamdard Inst. of Med. Sciences and Research, New Delhi:- 584 marks
----------) Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Univ., Manipal:-572 marks
----------) Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Univ., Manglore:- 554
----------) JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks
----------) Symbiosis , Pune:- 528 marks
----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks
----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks
----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks
----------) SDU Medical College, Kolar:- 466 marks
----------) SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep Vadodara:- 446 marks
And more

Hello Aspirant
There are many reasons why people try to get admission in college through management quota, sometime s it's because of their family pressure (that's why they are ready to pay for it), sometimes not being able to study well and so you decided to get seat through management quota instead of preparing for the exam again.
If you are thinking about going through management without a year again for preparation, you can consider paying the amount, because if you are not dedicated enough for the exam the time that you will lose in that year will never come back but the money will, since you will work hard for the money your parents made.
It's only your choice in the end about what to do next, because you can prepare for the exam and appear next year if you are not satisfied with management quota seat, otherwise you are good to go with paying the amount they asked for if it is through a trusted source and person.
Hope this helps
