Sumedha Bhattacharya 23rd Feb, 2022

Dear Student ,

It would be difficult for you to get any MBBS colleges based on your NEET marks in 2020 and according to NEET 2020 cut off details in Andhra Pradesh(Your user location) .

Well, you may get some dental colleges through management quota like :

  • Anil Neerukonda Institute of Dental Sciences, Vishakapatnam-125
  • Care Dental College, Guntur-118
  • GITAM Dental College and Hospital, Visakhapatnam-125
  • GSL Dental College, Rajahmundry-144 and few more

But, let me remind you that , every year the cut off can change due to several factors like seat matrix, difficulty level of exam etc.

Check the NEET cut off from here :

you can use this NEET college predictor for you reference :

if MCC conducts 4 round of counseling, chance of lower rank holders to get MBBS seat? would increase

monstwerdash 11th Jan, 2022

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well. See, it depends how much low marks are you talking about . However if your score in NEET-2021 is 590+ ,you should definitely participate in AIQ counselling if you belong from a high cutoff state .Apart from that as this new policy will be implemented for the first time from this year itself ,it can't be said as of now exactly how much marks will the cutoff decrease .

As per the new guideline given to MCC by the Supreme court, the All India Counselling for NEET is to occur in 4 rounds . Earlier , there used to be only 2 rounds to fill the 15% seats of the state government medical colleges and all the seats of the central institutes like AIIMS. After the 2 rounds, whatever seats were left in the 15% state government medical colleges were then transferred to the state counselling authorities to filled through the state quota counselling.

This new guideline will mostly benefit the students of the states where cutoffs usually go high like Delhi ,Bihar, Rajasthan etc. , sometimes even higher than the All India cutoff for a government medical college. So, these students will be able to get a seat through the All India Counselling in some other state if the cutoff of their own state is very high .

Also,it will be made sure that almost none of the 15% seats are left to be filled by AIQ.So, there's very less probability that any seats will be transferred to the state after AIQ.

So,it can be concluded that the All India Quota cutoff for a government medical college will be lower ,on the other hand the state quota cutoffs may increase a bit than usual ,as of now.

You are advised to wait for the Counselling process to commence and only then will we be able to know the exact cut-offs and how this new guideline will affect the cutoffs .

You can keep visiting the official website of MCC for further updates,

Hope my answer helped.

Hi

As per the information given for Maharashtra state counseling, there is no detail mentioning the reservation regarding DAM certificate holders for NEET

Dam certificate is related to the rehabilitation of people impacted by specific projects or incidents related to the project in Maharashtra.

Here is the link to the documents requirement in NEET

-- info.mahacet.org (//info.mahacet.org)

With 498 marks, you do have chance to get a seat in medical college, if not government then private medical college definitely.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it is very difficult to predict that whether you can get good  MBBS Seat with the above scored marks or not as the cutoff varies for every year and is different for different category students. With scoring 523 marks in NEET UG 2021 your estimated percentile score is around : 95.28 - 95.78 , while your expected rank is around : 69K - 81k .It depends on several factors like difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff trends, Number of students appearing the exam etc.

However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends you are likely to get the below listed colleges  as per your rank ( although it's still a prediction as the rank varies every year and could be different) :

im getting 536 marks 56351 air can I get any govt mbbs seat in BCNC category in UP state neet UG counselling2021. how can I apply for BCNC quota specifically please answer both questions

dishtiv 10th Jan, 2022
Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.

So, it is difficult to predict whether you will get a medical government college at these makrs Or not because cutoff changes every year due to many factors like :- availability of seats, no. Of candidates, Difficulty level of exam etc.

Now according to previous year data, 605 was the last marks to get a government medical seat in bc category.

To register for this category, you just need to fill it in the online registration form of up mbbs counseling. Basically BCNC is other backward class with no subcategory .

The counseling has not started yet. It is expected to start soon.

Here are the cutoff percentile for this year

General               50th percentile    720-138
SC/ST/OBC          40th percentile     137-108
General-PwD        45th percentile    137-122
SC/ST/OBC-PwD   40th percentile    121-108
