The dam affected certificate only used for getting compensation from the the irrigation and water resources supplies of government of Maharashtra . There is no reservation advantages in NEET UG exam for getting MBBS seats in the states of Maharashtra  for dam affected certificate holders or of their kids who have appeared for Neet exam for MBBS seats in the state.

Dam affected certificate is used only for getting compensation from the respective departments of the Maharashtra government .

Hello Mahesh. Yes, there is 5% reservation for candidates residing near dam affected areas. The benefit is that you have a chance higher than other candidates who do not have this reservation, for getting selected. However you will have to score above 550 in order to get a reputed medical college. All the best!

with a score of 503, you might not be able to get a government seat as the rank inflation this year is almost the same as last year. Last year cut off rank is 34613 as stated on the site of KMC Mangalore.
