Yes, you can get MBBS seat in the states of Telangana and through state counselling process which is 85% of the total seats in the states of Telangana for MBBS, BDS etc courses admission. There is total 50 40 MBBS seats and 1140 BDS seats in government and private medical colleges in the state of Telangana. To get the seats candidate has to go through the state counselling process which is the 85% seats In their possesion. This state counselling process conducted by kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health science (KNRUHS) is a public University e in the city of Warangal in Telangana. In your rank you can get a seat in the states of Telangana for MBBS course or BDS course as you are interested for.

You did not mention about your category in the question, so considering as general category candidate you had tough chance to get seat for mbbs in government colleges but can get good private colleges. Also you can try out for other course like bds ,bhms and bams. You can participate in counselling if cutoff get down then can government seat for mbbs.

Hope you are doing well. See it's difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors.But we can have an idea of your probability of selection into MBBS depending on last year's cutoff.
In 2020, the cut-off through State quota counselling in Uttar Pradesh for OBC category was a score of 606 and a closing AIR of 16990 .
Also ,9 new Medical colleges in UP have been inaugurated this year by our respectable PM Narendra Modi Ji. So it's expected that the cut-off will come down with respect to last year in UP . Rest depends on the overall performance of all students in UP who appeared in this exam .
So it's adviced to you that you wait for your counselling to commence .
