Hi
I am assuming you from general category
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 592 marks,
You hold a little low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 610 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
You have chances for mbbs in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below :-
School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida
Eras Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Lucknow
GS Medical College and Hospital, Hapur
National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut
Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur
And more

Hi,
In accordance to your NEET All India rank that is 76000, the corresponding marks would be between 527-518. Moreover it would have been better to predict if you could provide your category which is a major criterion for the admission. However getting a seat in the private college is very much possible with your respective marks . In West Bengal the private colleges may include-
IQ city medical college and hospital, Burdwan(Fees -21,27,000)
Icare institute of medical sciences and research(Fees -21,32,000)
Gouri Devi institute of medical sciences and research(Fees-21,80,000)

NEET College Predictor
NTA has declared the results but hasn't released the qualifying cut off marks yet.
Neet qualifying cutoff percentile remains same every year which is provided below category wise:-
----------) General category :- 50 percentile
----------) OBC/ SC /ST :- 40 percentile
†††† so, an OBC category student requires at least 40 percentile in order to be eligible for getting admission/ counselling
----------) UR- Ph :- 45 percentile
If I tell you about qualifying cut off marks then
This is very difficult to predict neet 2021 cut off as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
----------) number of students that appeared in the exam,
----------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
----------) toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes,
Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference :-
. . Year wise cut off marks
Category 2020 2019 2018
General 720-147 701-134 691-119
UR-PH 146-129 133-120 118-107
Obc/sc/st 146-113 133-107 118 - 96
So, for neet 2020 , obv category student required at least 113 marks to qualify neet. This year neet 2021 question papers was a bit difficult when compared 2020 question paper so cut off is expected to decrease a little. So, 110 marks is expected least marks to qualify neet 2021 for obc category. This is mere expectation, for actual cut off, you need to wait for its release by nta.

To get government college for MBBS in your state one need to score atleast 560+ marks in general category. So as per the previous year cutoffs trend, you have chance to get MBBS only in private medical colleges that also through management quota.
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. For college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor Hope your query is resolved.
The admission in medical courses all over India are based on All India rank. And not on All India category rank. So you must specify your All India rank for better prediction.
But according to previous year cutoffs trend at your score you have very low chances for getting admission in government medical college or dental college. However you can try for private dental colleges under management quota in states such as Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu etc.
For college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks you have very low chances to get any of the private medical colleges under state quota of Maharashtra because they have their closing cut-offs above 520-530 for General category. But on such score you can go for some Deemed Institutions through AIQ counselling, so as per the previous years data you can go for following deemed institutions through AIQ counselling :-
Sri Siddhartha Medical College DU, T Begur:- 328 marks
JLN Medical College, Datta Meghe, Wardha:- 239 marks
Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and RI, Puducherry:- 231 marks
Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram:- 215 marks
