If you want to go for the IT sector jobs then I would suggest going for the course of MCA will be a better choice for you. MCA graduates gets a much better job packages compared to that of the BCA's. Also, there are not much of a problem if you get into MCA from any other field as there are quite good scopes of learning. So if you are up for investing time then why will you just go for the course of BCA instead go for MCA which will obviously provide you a better opportunity.

Did you have at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology in your graduation?

There is no rule that those who have completed MCA or any other course are not eligible for NEET.
