Fresh registrations of mop up round is only for candidates who registered in round 1 and free exited. If you were not allotted a seat during any round, you may not register again.
No, AIQ counseling provides admission to only government and deemed universities. State counseling allows admission into private colleges.
There is no particular time schedule which is stated on the official website. However, you must do it within the given deadline.

See RESET option is provided there to modify the type of counselling and through it the category can also be changed but note that it is only ne time facility and if you have already used it once then you cannot use it again as per the notice released by MCC on January 21st, 2022.

RESET facility can only be used during 6 PM of January 21st to 11 AM of January 24th, 2022.
******* As per the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India NEET 2021 counselling to be conducted as per the existing OBC and EWS reservation. The court has upheld the 27% OBC reservation and the 10% EWS reservation laid down in January 2019.

In this situation you shouldn't worry since the same issue is faced by a lot of students,
so it is better to contact the helpline number which is stated on the official portal, or you may even mail them this query, thus try registering again once after sometime and hopefully the issue will be getting resolved eventually.
also you must check the details once again, try again and then contact the helpline number for further help.

The MCC/DGHS will be doing Counseling for 15% AIQ, 100% Deemed Universities, Central Universities (Delhi University, AMU & BHU including Institutional/ Domicile Quota), ESIC, AFMC(only Registration Part) &I.P University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML& ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ) 100% AIIMS, 100% JIPMER and B.Sc. Nursing (only 08 Central Institutes).
it does not conduct the process of Maharashtra state quota counselling for 85% govt. seats.

No there will be no problems if any candidate participates in both MCC and Uttar Pradesh state counselling at the same time. Actually any candidate who has appeared for the NEET examination and has cleared the required cutoffs can appear for MCC counselling and at the same time if he/she fulfills the required criteria set up by state counselling conducting authorities, he/she can also participate in state counselling.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra has released the state merit list for Maharashtra NEET 2021 counselling in an online mode at info.mahacet.org. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) is responsible for Maharashtra NEET counselling.
