yes you can do Mch Neurosurgery after MS Ortho since the basic eligibility criteria says that you are eligible to pursue Mch once you have completed MBBS or MS degree with minimum percentage as qualified by the college.On completion of MBBS degree candidates can pursue M.Ch as a 5 year degree course.
There are several Mch neurosurgery college in India .Some are AIIMS,Christian medical College,Armed medical college,kasturba medical college etc.

After MBBS 6 years MCH degree specially for surgery of neurosurgery ,cardiovascular surgery, plastic surgery and Urology. There is no stream for specialisation in paediatrics.
The full form of MCH master of Chirurgia is a post graduate degree specially for surgery.The word Chirurgia is a Latin word which means surgery.
