UGC now allows candidate to pursue two degree courses simultaneously, but the only condition is one is to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, since law in distance mode isn't recognized by BCI, hence you can go ahead with LLB in regular mode and MCom through distance learning mode.

Bachelors in Education is a 2 year undergraduate course approved by NCTE. Complete admission process is only merit basis.

The Eligibility Criteria to take admission into the programme is :

• 50 % Marks either in Masters degree or bachelors degree in science/humanity/commerce.

You have not mentioned anything regarding your merit in M.com (//M.com) . So check this criteria. If you have not through this then you are not eligible for admission.
