Hello, hope you are doing well!
Delhi University School of Open Learning(SOL) offers Masters of Commerce only if one fulfills the basic eligibility criteria (general category) i.e.-
50% of seats are filled through merit based selection and rest 50% seats are filled on the basis of results of entrance test conducted by the university.
Direct admission or Merit based selection: Minimum 65% aggregate in BCom (Hons) or minimum 75% aggregate in BCom (Pass).
Selection through entrance test: Minimum 50% aggregate in BCom (Hons) or minimum 55% aggregate in BCom (Pass).
For regular colleges also, the eligibility criteria is quite similar. 65% in DU is just the basic criteria for you to get admission into MCom. But it totally depends on the other students' percentages now and the number of seats. You are at the very margin of the eligibility criteria so there is no majority percentage that you will definitely be selected on merit based method. But you can try for the entrance exam to be on the safer side that even if you don't get selected in the merit based criteria you can definitely be selected on the basis of entrance.
All the best!

hi,
see The School of Open Learning (SOL), Delhi University reserves 50% of the seats in PG courses for the students belonging to Delhi University, where admissions are done on the basis of merit formed by considering the last qualifying examination marks. now the cutoff score changes every year, depends on some of the factors like seat matrix, students category, number of applicants for any particular course. at this point of view it is quite difficult to predict the possibility. however it would be best if you do apply for other colleges also to make the best possibility of admission.
hope you may understand.
