YES, you can definitely do and can take admission in M.D.(Psychiatry) after completing your graduation/post-graduation( or M.Phil) in Psychology . Another option you have to become a qualified psychiatrist is to do a Diploma in Psychiatric medicine (DPM) from a recognised educational institute.
Furthermore, the more option you have is this - After finishing the MPhil course, you can start practising as a clinical psychologist anywhere in India . You can specialise either in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology for this MPhil degree.

Anyone going for Andrology first needs to have an MBBS degree from any college approved by the Medical Council of India and one also needs to have MD in medicine or DNB in general surgery. As you are already satisfying the above criteria you can do Andrology. You will have to do Mch in urology, and there are entrance tests conducted for the same. After you get this degree you are ready to practice as Andrologist.

No, You can not pursue an M.D (Doctor of Medicine ) after MSc in Cardiac Technology as the eligibility criteria for MD is that you have an MBBS/BAMS degree from a government-recognized Medical college. As you have done none of this course you are not eligible for MD.
You also need at least a one-year internship to be eligible for MD.

You have to choose that the groom should be right groom and his family will be supporting to you for taking the courses in the course of time after your marriage.
