No, you cannot do MD (Doctor of Medicine) after B.Sc or M.Sc Cardiology.
Candidates must appeared in entrance exam like NEET UG and secured MBBS seat and completed it from a recognised College or University are only eligible to appear for NEET PG and then to get MD seat.
So with just B.Sc or M.Sc in Cardiology you are not eligible for MD courses.

According to the eligibility criteria for admission to MD Cardiology course, you need to pass 10+2 with Biology, Chemistry and physics as main subjects. You need to appear for and qualify relevant competitive examination and pursue an MCI recognised MBBS course. You need to complete internship by 31st March of the admission year.
In order to be eligible for NEET PG, you need to have MBBS degree recognised by the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. You must complete 1 year internship on or before July 31, 2022.

AIFSET is a National level entrance exam to give admission into B.Sc/ M.Sc in Forensic Science courses. AIFSET full form is All India Forensic Science Entrance Test. Based on the eligibility criteria for admission into M.Sc Forensic Science course through AIFSET, you are not eligible for it.
M.Sc Forensic Science Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have completed or who are in their final year of B.Sc Forensic Science or B.Sc in any field who have aggregate of minimum 50 percentage from a recognised College or University can apply for this exam.

In order to pursue MD Psychiatry, one needs to be an MBBS graduate. An MBBS graduate, by appearing in entrance exams like NEET/NEXT PG or INI-CET , can get himself/herself admitted to MD Psychiatry (on the basis of merit).

Sawai Mansingh Medical College in Jaipur is a Government Medical College where UG and PG courses are imparted pg medical education with fullcare and satisfaction. There is a rules for private PG Medical colleges where before admission on the behalf of alloted college student has to deposit one year tuition fees and also submit a bank guarantee for admission in MD and MS specialisation in gynecology and obstatics courses. As SMS Medical College Jaipur I e. swai Mansing.Medical College is a Government Medical College where this system is not introduced. Only private PG Medical colleges are in the system of depositing 1 year tuition fees and a bank guarantee for students alloted college for admission in MD and Ms courses.

The MD intellectual is provided with Rs.42,560 monthly in the first year and Rs. 45,600 monthly in the second year and Rs. 48,640 monthly in the third year.
The Stipend also includes DA( dearness allowance) at Central Government Rates.

To pursue MD courses in any specialization one must have MBBS degree from a recognised College or University.
If you have done MBBS then you'll be eligible for MD course. If you have done only DCH course and not done MBBS then you are not eligible for studying MBBS course.

No MBBS Doctor also cant give Anesthesia... For he/she have go through PG, DM... In Ayurveda there is PG program in Anesthesiology(Sangyaharan)...
