If you are registered in Jharkhand and have already provided the same details for the MDS form , you cannot change your state of registration directly. However, you can still apply for the BTSC (Bihar Technical Service Commission) form if the eligibility criteria allow candidates from other states to apply.

To change your registration state, you may need to:

• Cancel your Jharkhand registration (if possible) and register afresh in Bihar.
• Or, apply for BTSC as an other-state candidate if allowed under the eligibility rules.

As of now, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has not officially announced the revised date for NEET MDS 2025 . Initially scheduled for January 31, 2025, the exam has been postponed. Based on recent reports, the exam is expected to be conducted in June 2025.
