Most of the scholarships now have their mode of application as online. If not so, almost all of the scholarship authorities have provided their application forms in their respective websites. Then you can download them as a PDF document, fill the details and send them to the authorities.
There are documents that should be given in order to prove that you are a student of that college. This includes the acceptance letter, Bonafide certificate, hostel inmate letter etc. You can approach your institution for these.
