You can get admission in other medical courses such as BHMS (Bachelor's of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor's of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BPT (Bachelor's in Physiotherapy). These are the most preferable courses that students opt for. Getting MBBS or BDS with 156 is not possible since it is a very low score. To get admission in any of the government college your score should be above 350. You can try in any private college for the courses I mentioned above. You haven't mentioned your category I'll assume you belong to Gen category and answer accordingly.

Neet 2021 cut off marks for Gen category in state counseling of chattisgarh then lowest cut off marks went upto 545 marks in second round counseling.

So now if we compare then you lag behind 100 marks so at this marks there are almost no chances of you getting govt MBBS seat in Chattisgarh state counseling.

As there are only two private medical colleges in state so if you are Gen category students then there also your chances look very low.
