thank you for approaching us . if the rank you got 860 is the NEET UG rank then you will surely get a seat in govt. medical college ,omandurar . this is because for theNEET exams , the cutoff for for a seat in this college are in 20k+  .

but , if the rank you got is the tamil nadi mbbs exam then , sorry to say you donot have any chance of getting a seat . the previous year year bc cutoff for seat in this college was 384.
