Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune is good college. One of the best college in Pune. If you belong to reservation category then you may have chances of getting seat in that college. Because the marks cutoff or rank cutoff will vary from year to year. So try your luck.

Well dear your NEET score is 515 that means your rank should be somewhere in between 15,000-25,000.But,dear whether you will get a college or not will greatley depend upon the category you belong to.But,If you belong to the particular state you hav got good chances of getting the respective college under the State Quota.

The trends of cutoffs of different colleges keep on changing over the years. So Nothing can be said with absolute certainty.

But these are the previous cutoffs.

I'd suggest to wait till the results are out and till the last round of counseling.

These ranks are after second round of counseling.

The previous year cut off for BJ medical College Pune for 70% regional was 592 and for 30% state was 553 though the cut off variates every year due to various reasons. You have a fair chance in other medical colleges of Maharashtra.
