I think you might be aware that there is no free exit in round 2 of AIQ counseling. If you don't report the college and get admission then you will loose your security fee and also will not eligible for further round in AIQ counseling. Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) established in the year 2005, is a well-reputed and Autonomous Medical College set up by the Government of Karnataka. The institute is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). Ii is also approved by the Medical Council of India. It's absolutely a great choice for MBBS as fees structure is quite less here than that of KMC. But KMC is much older and well reputed institution in that region. In NIRF ranking it has ranked 21 in among all india Medical Institutions. So in that term it's one of the best in India. In term of Academics, infrastructure and all this Institute is somehow better than Mandya Institute of Medical Science. Now it's completely depend upon your preference.

Hello, Raichur Institute of Medical Science is a good college to do your MBBS from. The infrastructure is good with really helpful faculty who are always ready to guide you. There is good patient inflow and you can have good exposure as the interns and PGs are also very helpful. However, if you are not from Hyd-Karnataka region then you will find a little difficulty in adjusting there.

As per you have mentioned that you want to get in in medical line, then you have to give neet examination, and for that you should be prepared with both 11 and 12 syllabus.

However as a answer to your question if you want to do science from NIOS after 11 humanities, you have to start from 11th science you cannot skip the the oneplus and go to another without completing 11th final examination.
