If you are from UP and you want to take admission in any other state for Medical course, then you may get through All India Quota ONLY. Also, you will get admission in the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of medical science in   Maharashtra only if you manage to get cutoff required with respect to your category.

If you want to apply through state quota in Maharashtra then it is not possible since you will need a domicile certificate which can be produced if you have studied class 11th and 12th in Maharashtra. But, you can apply in UP medical colleges through state quota with the domicile certificate of UP.

In addition, it has a strong alumni network, annual fests, and numerous other campus events. You will nonetheless receive the government medical college tag from Kodagu Medical College.

As you have not mentioned your Home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile and category as General.

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
