Yes,there is a course named D.pharma.

It is the short form for Diploma in Pharmacy .The course is of Two years.

A diploma holder  candidate can be employed as a registered pharmacist in a hospital or pharmacy dispensing drugs,medicines and pharmaceuticals.

The often opted option after D. Pharma is that the candidates also pursue MBA Pharmaceutical Management after this course, but before that they would need to complete their bachelors first.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply to this course, students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

Exams :

Although Amravati is very new and its hard to tell how the institute plans to place all their students, take for a fact that other branches of SRM (including NCR Campus) travels all the way to Chennai for major placements.
