Anyone who's rank is below 10,000 can get their full fee reimbursed if the annual income  limits of the head or the earning person is below the limits given by government. For urban the annual income limit should be below 2lakh and for rural it should be below 150,000.so you can get your fee reimbursed.

See the Fee Structure of different Colleges from the above link and you can select the Colleges with low fee structure, just to remember, you can also write name of the Colleges with low fee structure on a notebook and later you can do choice filling according to it.
