I would like to tell you that the state first releases the provisional merit list because maybe some of the students were ranked wrong even there marks is very good and in the final merit list you can see the change in your rank.

So on such marks and category you have very low or almost no chances of getting any government college according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that if a candidates having EWS reservation scores around 580-590 or more then he/she will have chances of getting seat in any central university.

But yes you can get government colleges under state quota of your state and since you have nit mentioned your state so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information.
