No worries there are some other Good private colleges that you may get at this rank you can use our college predictor tool:

If you have given NEET and you want to know the colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hello aspirant,
Suppose for an individual, his/her All India rank comes out in the range of lakhs. In such a case, it will be difficult for the aspirant to avail MBBS and BDS colleges via the All India quota Seats (15%). This is where the category rank, the state rank as well as the gender comes into play. Depending on the above ranks, the chances for that aspirant to get into colleges via the State Quota Seats (85%) automatically increases.
Since you haven't mentioned any of your ranks in your query, it wouldn't be possible for me to guide you in this respect. You can check the NEET UG college predictor tool to know about the colleges that you have a fair chance in: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope this helps. All the best!

You haven't mentioned if you have preference for any State. So you may refer to the following link to get an idea of the cutoffs of previous years for different states.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score.

Good luck with your future
Hello Aspirant ,
Cutoff in each college will vary every year based on the difficulty level of the exam , number of seats available , number of applicants etc. This year the competition has increased the qualifying cutoffs have gone up and so will the admission cutoffs. The cutoff for OBC category will only be a little less than the general cutoff hence based on previous year cutoffs for government colleges you will need minimum 580+. Meanwhile a safe score for management seats will be 200+.
Checkout the previous year cutoff:
