Hi Candidate,
The fees of different branches and different colleges are different, and sometimes even different branches of the same group have slight variations in their Fees.
If you take the case of the best Institutions the IITs, they also have different fee structure for different courses and different branches. Do the information provided in the site is pretty relevant but there can be slight differences in their actual Fees.
Hope you got my point!!

Yes, you'll have to pay the registration fee if you wish to attend the extended counselling as well. If you are satisfied with the college you have been alloted you can let it slide and just opt for that college only and not go for further rounds. But if you want changes you'll have to wait for further rounds and provide the payment as well.
Your profile suggest that you domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
As you have not mentioned your category I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 548 marks you hold low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example, in neet 2019, 575 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
You have chances for govt quota seats in private medical college and deemed universities with your marks
To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling
Thankyou

For example,
In neet 2019 ,the highest rank for SC category that got a seat in under Uttarakhand State quota was 153455 i. e around 1.5 lakh
with your rank you have chances for Government quota seats in private college and deemed universities
