You can try state counselling to find a government or semi-government or private college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief and even Vet.

I believe you have mentioned your NEET rank here. Based on your NEET rank, chances of admission for seats under state quota as well as AIQ seems difficult for both MBBS/BDS. However you can apply for admission at deemed universities through MCC for management/paid seats for MBBS or BDS.
