With this rank is is very difficult for you to get any Govt. College to help you to pursue MBBS/BDS degree since their marks cutoff is around 500-550 maximum.

Considering you are of general category,the cutoff for the specified college last year was 8336 with a score of 598.But if you are opting for Mbbs in this college then the cut off is much higher like 1266 and you dont have a chance to get this college.However You can check what colleges you can get using NEET Predictor

If you are from reserved category you stand a chance then to get admitted in this college.

But if you are general you dont stand a chance according to last year's cutoff.
