what score UR category 50 percent percentile means..

rehan18alam Student Expert 14th Sep, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

You have not put the context in which you are asking about the percentile. However, what you have provided, it can be deduced that the UR category is Unreserved category, commonly called as General category.

The 50 percentile meant a score better than the 50% of the test takes. In both NEET/JEE this is not a good score.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

i have U.P domacile i have 552 score. can i get government college?

Ayush Pandey 13th Sep, 2020

Hello,

If belonging to Gen/OBC,you have very low chance to get MBBS government seat in U.P. as per previous year figure(last year last seat belonged to student with 580 marks and he got Gov. Medical college Badaun).

If belonging to any other reserved category, you definitely have better chances.

You can use our neet college predictor tool to get the idea about the colleges you can get at your marks:

if my score is 500 in 2021 this score is enough for govt.college??????

Poulomi choudhuri 15th Oct, 2020

Hello student,

It's difficult to predict th exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. It varies from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats.

It's difficult to predict what will be the cut-off in 2021. However, if you get 500 the chances of getting government medical colleges seems low, however you can get few government Dental Colleges seat  and you can get government BHMS BAMS seats.

To get exact idea about which college you might get you can check the link mentioned below

last year tamilnadu vertinary cutoff

Ashwitha Vadakattu 11th Sep, 2020

Hello Candidate ,

There is only 15% seat for veterinary science education on all India basics . E merit to get admissions in any government recognised veterinary college will be made according to the numbers achieved in NEET exams.

cutoff vary every year based on the difficulty level of the paper

it also depends which category you belong to like Open , SC , ST , OBC..

cutoff also vary from government , private and deemed university. it also depends on state of domicile and choice of the college you choose.

So far for the safe side try scoring 350+ marks for getting seat in veterinary college.

Hope this information was helpful , Thank you for contacting careers360.

All the best.
