which of the following memory has highst storage capacity

Ketaki Dhotre Student Expert 23rd Sep, 2021

Dear,

The correct answer is Terabyte. The memory unit is the amount of data that can be stored in the storage unit. This storage capacity is expressed in terms of Bytes. Bit (Binary Digit): A binary digit is logical 0 and 1 representing a passive or an active state of a component in an electric circuit. 1 TB equals 1,000 gigabytes (GB) or 1,000,000 megabytes (MB).

Hope this helps!

Anushri Varshney 8th Aug, 2021

Hi Atul,

First of all, do not feel that you are worthless. I know this issue is very common in most of us. But it's only us who can make changes to get better results in every possible way.

See, the issues might include your continuous failure or below expected results that have caused major problems to you. There are also high chances of distraction which you are not able to found out on your own. Due to all these issues, you have lost your will of doing the best in every possible way or you are fed up with everything around you. What you can do is to change your lifestyle for some time, if possible try to visit some other places to refresh your mind and build your strength. Bless yourself with some enjoyment because you deserve it. Do not compare yourself with what you was. Right now focus on your growth and rejuvenate yourself.

A sudden change decreases the confidence and change in results pages the learning power. Eat healthy and nutritious food and do not think much about the past. You can change your present and future.

I hope you get your answer.

Wishing you very good luck:)

Can any GATE aspirant guide me that these topics 1.Digital Integrated Circuit 2. Asynchronous Sequential Logic 3. Design at The RTL 4. Memory and Programmable Logic are important or necessary to learn from GATE cse point of view Im quit confused

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 11th Jan, 2021

hi,

see as per previous years analysis there were around 3-4 questions are from digital logic., digital logic syllabus for  cs and IT is as follows:

Digital Logic

Boolean algebra. Combinational and sequential circuits. Minimization. Number

representations and computer arithmetic (fixed and floating point).

questions mainly from multiplexer, memory, decoder. so  if you have not very much preparation of digital logic, it would be best not to learn very much new topics now. however the most important subjects  for cs and IT is as follows:

operating system,

programming and data structures

data base management

compiler design.

Hello,

It's never too late to start anything, what you need is determination to leave behind the past, and move forth, as you want to prepare for SBI, then get acquainted with paper pattern and syllabus, banking exam is all about speed and precision, hence it's of immense important you go through practice on a regular basis, you have to understand the concepts first, in the recent times the level of question is banking exam have gone up, especially for PO the level of quant and reasoning is similar to management level exams, you can find practice papers from any of the competitive exam sites, those are available freely, when it comes to study materials you can use RK Agarwal's Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Exam/Arihant Publication's Objective Mathematics or even M Tyra's Quicker Maths. if you're preparing for PO then you can also use books by Arun Sharma for CAT or Sarvesh Verma's as well, for English you can use General English by SP Bakshi, for reasoning you can use MK Pandey's Analytical Reasoning or even RK Agarwal's book of Verbal and Non-verbal reasoning, apply test series before exam this will help you be aware of your areas of strength and weakness,

I am reading 11th PCMB and I am interested to read UPSC but I am poor at history because I cant remember events and dates and my memory is poor Shall I be able to crack this exam and take up?

rajaman9300 Student Expert 20th Aug, 2020

Do not overthink or do not take much stress as you have already taken PCMB which itself has a huge bunch of syllabus. So first try to clear your 11th and 12th and then you can think for preparing.

After 12th you could take Arts stream which in turn will help in your preparation for UPSC CSE. And one more thing, it is a myth that you will have to remember the all only the dates and all. Yes, you will have to but slowly, slowly you will take up and there are also certain tricks to mug up those Historical Dates.

All the best!!

I got IIIT Hyderabad admission in super memory female quota . And I got NIT seat CSE (approx Rourkela or Caulicut) based on reservations and female quota. So what can I choose? is IIIT better than NIT? Im from Andhra Pradesh

akashkumarpati.2000 20th Sep, 2020

Hey,

Wish you many many congratulations for your wonderful achievement.

See, IIIT Hyderabad, NIT Rourkela, NIT Calicut : all of there are the topmost, renowned and eminent institution in the whole India. But among these, you should choose IIIT Hyderabad in this regard. The reasons are as follow:

Placement Wing:

Both institution has magnificent placement record and many genuinely top and eminent companies come to both college campuses as mass recruiters. I'm going to describe this topic shortly :

  • IIIT HYDERABAD:

According to the previous year's placement details, the highest in-campus package in this institution was of 48 lakhs per annum as well as their average package was 21 lpa. The average placement percentages of all the departments of this institution are quite impressive providing around 95-100% jobs offered by both multinational companies and startups and various top roles like data scientists, administrator, designer, tester, analyser, developer, technician, supporter etc are also offered to the candidates there.

Mass recruiters: Amazon, Google , Accenture, DELL, Flipkart, Microsoft, AMD, Nvidia, Apple, Facebook, JIO, Samsung, C-DOT, Mathworks etc.

  • NIT ROURKELA and CALICUT:

Mass recruiters: Amazon, Microsoft, Ford, Larsen and Toubro, Pepsico, Wipro, Tata Steel, Bajaj, Tata consultancy services, Infosys, Cognizant, Sony, Nokia, Essar etc

Now coming to the main point, the highest salary offered in NIT Rourkela is INR 39 lakhs till now and the average salary is 8-9 lakh and in this case of NIT Calicut these are INR 45 lakh and 11 lakh respectively. And also the average placement percentages in these colleges is almost 85-90% which is undoubtedly less than IIIT Hyderabad.

  • Academics :

Though IIIT Hyderabad and NIT Rourkela-Calicut both have  magnificent academic review, but IIIT Hyderabad is better than those NITs. Faulties of IIIT Hyderabad are extremely cooperative, flexible, enthusiastic, open-minded and very much student-friendly. Also, their amiable and sophisticated manner and impressive teaching style compelled any student to praise them again and again. This institution focuses on student's analytical and logical thinking, innovative ideas, hands on problem solving, research work etc. Howevee one thing I must add in case of their Academic details i.e. as per latest trend, their course and curriculum is being fully updated to make each and every student modern, well-resourced and industry-ready. Moreover the college management of IIIT Hyderabad is very much sincere about their guidance to their students, so they conduct different types of workshops, training programs, internships, seminars, entrepreneurship etc organised by top renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle, IBM, Intel etc. to motivate all of their students self-sufficient and well-equipped for upcoming campus-interview. ·

  • Infrastructure:

Basically the infrastructure qualities of all of the three institutions a almost the same, but somehow I feel that IIIT Hyderabad is slightly better than other institutions. Because their campus is highly prodigious, stunningly beautiful, ragging-free and facilitated with all elementary and developed technologies and modern and luxurious amenities; like air-conditioned and well-furnished labs,  comfortable and spacious seminar rooms, large cafeteria, whole campus CCTV-surveillance system, high-quality medical facilities, library full of latest books, magazines and journals easily accessible by students, canteen with hygienic, mouth-watering and pocket-friendly dishes, strong Wi-Fi facilities, Bank, ATM, clubs for extra-curricular activities apart from studies for improving our skills in robotics, IOT, codings, photography etc, charming and adorable gardens and open-air playgrounds, splendid swimming pools, magnificent and affordable hostel facilities, basket and tennis ball court, GD room etc. Moreover each and every classrooms of this institution are also commodious and equipped with utmost facilities like screens, projectors, informative charts, proper benches and well-lighted windows. ·
