Is merchant Navy is safe career???

Rahul Yadav 8th May, 2019
It is safe as long as you do this from a good and reputed college which can help you get placement at the end and if you do that from a low level college than it will be a waste of money. So you should try to get into a good college for merchant Navy.

Apart from that when you get placed you will have to be away from home for a quite long period of time. All the best and God bless you.

Can I can apply for merchant Navy from PCB stream

Aryaman Tewari 14th May, 2019
Hello, no.
Unfortunately, you need to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject if you want to appear for IMU-CET exam, which is the entrance test conducted for Merchant Navy. This is mandatory.

However, through PCB, you can get a related course to become a doctor in the Merchant Navy, but this path is very complicated.

Good luck.

how do i get merchant navy previous year paper or sample papers.

Aman Sah 13th May, 2020

Dear Yogesh,

Finding IMUCET's past question papers is a very difficult task as it is an online test and therefore no copies are out for assessment and made public but there are model test papers which may be very helpful.

You can also buy books which give you enough study material.
