Hello,
You cannot join Merchant Navy if you haven't studied Mathematics in 10+2 level. There is no provision to join Merchant Navy with Biology, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2 level. The Education qualification requirement is that you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. As you haven't studied Mathematics in 10+2 level you are not eligible to join Merchant Navy however, you can given Mathematics exam through NIOS. After obtaining the required qualification you need to apply for the entrance examination for admission in to any of the Maritime Institute. The eligibility criteria for joining merchant navy is completing intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics from any authorized board with not less than 65% total marks. All candidates must be unmarried Indian citizens (male or female).
To get admission in Merchant Navy you must need to qualify entrance exam known by IMU.

Hope you are doing great ! It is not possible to get in defence army with the Lasik surgery ,i have seen many aspirants they got reject due to eyes problem , it is not possible to get in marchant navy with poor eye sight ,however if your condition is not so bad then may be you may enter in it ,mention your eye sight in comment section like -0.5 ,-1.5 etc .

Firstly I want to tell you that merchant Navy comprises of many departments and for all there are some slight variation regarding eligibility (of marks).
But I would tell you generally then if you're having at least 60% marks in PCM and 50% in English then you will be eligible for all the departments.
If I talk about the deck department(deck officer) then it requires 60% of marks in PCM and 50% marks in English of either 10 or 12 class.

Hope you are doing well. According to the eyesight requirements of merchant navy, normal vision is allowed or required, but glasses are also allowed up to 2.5 this may be plus or minus. Also eyesight of 6/12 is permissible. You have to complete class 12 in physics, chemistry and mathematics.

After completion of merchant Navy course in Indian Navy candidates can join us Navy selection process for sand screening test. He or she must be 12 science course passed student with at least 60% in physics chemistry mathematics and have the age less of 25 years as on 1st August in the admission year. Yeah she has to be clear all the formalities for getting a passport and Visa. Have passed TOEFL for English language efficiency Test. Have good score in academic records. He or she has to apply in the prescribed format with is all valid documents which is needed for USA navy services.
