It depends upon you what you want to pursue, if you want to stay in the pharmaceutical line or take up management, sales, marketing, finance or a career in human resources. Scopes are different and immense and if you want a good job then you will have to be sincere in either of the lines you opt for.However it is said that M.Pharm is well competitive with MBBS and can join clinical studies. You can get into any drug companies as a drug analyst, medical practitioner, drug inspector, quality manager, pharmacologists and so on. On the other hand if you think you have good management abilities and leadership capabilities you should go for MBA because MBA after Pharma can be very profitable than others.

Though the choice between the two fields depends upon your interest I would still suggest you to go for MBA. MBA will widen the scope and skills you have it will give you many opportunities and if you are doing it from a good college you can even get a good placement.  It is a 2 year course and admissions are based on entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT etc. Some colleges include -

the basic eligibility to get admission for the course master in health administration is candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline which includes science, commerce , arts , law , agriculture , MBBS , BDS , BHMS ,B.Sxc nursing , BPT , BAMS, B.Sc allied health science , veterinary sciences and B.pharma , some of the institutes may conduct entrance exam for same and some may admit students on the basis of merit .

i hope you are doing well , it depends on the college are you looking for usually admission to master in health administration is done on the basis of marks obtained in their graduation , very few universities do conduct their own entrance exam and to be eligible for same is candidate must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline like science , commerce , arts , law , agriculture , MBBS , BDS, BHMS, B.Sc nursing , BPT , BAMS, B,Sc allied health  science , veterinary sciences and B.Sc pharm.

See you did B.pharm so for you MHA in hospital management is best rather than MBA in hospital management. Masters of healthcare Administration (MHA) is totally base on healthcare and  hospitality. As you did B.pharm so you also study health related subjects. Also MHA in hospital management has better career opportunities than  MBA in hospital management.
