Hello Aspirant,
See from the percentile it is quite difficult to calculate the marks because there are multiple shifts and some shifts are difficult while some are easier therefore to avoid partiality percentile system has been adopted. Also there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 19,001 – 32,000. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank. If we discuss for cut-offs then let me make you clear that the cut-offs are not released yet by the competent authorities so until it gets released we cannot help you with it.
You can check out complete details about Percentile Vs Rank and cut-off for different colleges in MHT CET from the link given below :-

Hello,
After the result of MHT CET 2020 declaration, the authorities will begin the MHT CET 2020 counselling process for all eligible candidates. Check for cut off and see whether or not you are eligible for counselling. If you are eligible then you can participate in the counselling and through counselling you will get seat in college. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has declared the MHT CET 2020 result on November 28 after 11 pm.
