Hey Aspirant!
The eligibility criteria for diploma in mining is that the candidate must havehCompleted 10th or 12th standard education for recognised boards, with physics, chemistry, and maths as subjects at the plus 2 level.
So, you can apply for the diploma.

Hello Niraj,
Distance course is not available in any technical degree like B. Tech or MBBS. Courses like B. Tech require practical knowledge so you have to attend the college regularly so you can not complete your B. Tech through distance in any college.

Hey Dinesh! B.E. Mining engineering is the discipline of engineering which includes extraction, production, identification, and handling of valuable minerals from a naturally occurring environment. The program is intended to encourage candidates to cross conventional modules of mining building and look for work opportunities. The average tuition fee charged for the course in India ranges between INR 10,000 to 10 lacs, for a span of 4 years. The most common route to this course is through entrance exam. Some colleges like Adarsha College of Engineering offer students a direct entry to the students on the basis of merit list. Different colleges have different entrance exams.
Hi,
Mining engineers are generally paid high amounts due to the risky work they do. Now jobs depend more on your skill than your course type or college. Hence you can be hired as a mining engineering even if you are just a diploma holder. The average salary then would be between 7-10 lakhs per year.
All the best!
