Where can I get admission for MMS in Maharashtra with ATMA percentile of 50.61

ANUJA 10th Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

If you wish to take admission in MMS through ATMA percentile then you have to apply to cap rounds through All India Quota.

To get into good colleges you atleast have to secure more than 85 percentile. Once the cap counseling gets started you will get your rank, so you can predict the college based on your rank by using the college predictor tool

What are the advantages of a Maharashtra state candidate over outside maharashtra state candidate in securing admissions for MMS course

S. Saha Student Expert 10th Jun, 2020
One of the advantages of being Maharashtrian Student is that the cutoff for admission to a particular college would be less whereas it would be quite high for an Outside Maharashtrian candidate. Again, there will be less number of seats reserved for OMS candidates that is why the cutoffs would be quite high. For example, in JBIMS there is only 18 seats for OMS candidates. In Welingkar, there is also 18 seats for OMS candidates.

my may mat composite score is 761 & 99.09 percentile .can i take addmission in top mms colleges like simsree, pumba etc

Mohit Gupta 16th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

It's really good to hear that you scored 99.09 percentile in MAT but sadly from this year, The official body responsible for MMS admissions has denied to take scores of MAT and ATMA and GMAT.

Because of this decision you won't be able to get MMS  in these colleges but yes you can get PGDM in the top colleges like NL Dalmia, SIES, MET etc.

For getting admission in MMS, CET registration is compulsory and you should have a valid score of CET, CAT or CMAT

I have scored 93.31PERCENTILE in cet...other than home university,am i eligible to get admission for mms (PUMBA).

s.pooh07 10th Jul, 2020

Hi,

Master of Management Studies (MMS) is just another name and same as MBA which is a 2 year post graduate management programme.

PUMBA University considers both your UG Graduation percentage as well as the qualifying examination.

1. You should have atleast 50% in your UG from any course.

2. Should have qualified in the examination either  CMAT/CAT/MAH CET. If you are from Maharashtra, you should have qualified in MAH-CET MBA 2020

There is no cutoff which has been released yet. The cutoff eligibility to take admission in PUMBA University for the year 2019 was 93.739.

Hope this helps.

All the best!

Hi, i got 98.23 percentile in this years mah cet. I am an open category student who is not from maharashtra so what are my chances of getting a good college for mms or mba and i also wanna know is there any scholarship available which i can avail considering my financial position is not so strong?

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 30th May, 2020

Hello,

You have good percentile so  you can apply for government college and top private college. Apply with TFW option. if you get TFW then you don't have to pay Tution fee every year but have to pay rest of the fee structure.

you can apply for scholarship on the basis of your merit provided by  institute where you will take admission. You can also apply for scholarship given by State and central government.

here is the list of government college who acceptes MHCET for MBA:-

look for a suitable option and apply for it.

Hope it helps!
